Position Name: Float Pool (Critical Care) RN Shifts: Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a Sign ON: $25k (Nights Only) Relocation: Case By Case Facility Overview: This facility is your one-stop solution for all your healthcare needs. Our 288-bed, acute-care hospital provides 24/7 Emergency Services in Leon and Gadsden Counties. Our facilities include a state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Center, Cancer Center, Chest Pain Center w/PCI-Resuscitation, Family Center, Heart & Vascular Center, Imaging Services, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Orthopedic/Spine Center, Physical Therapy Services, Rehabilitation Center, Stroke Center, Surgical Services, Surgical Weight Loss Center, Network-of-Care Affiliated Physician Practices, and much more. Qualifications/Experience: 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ICU RN experience required If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward. If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License). Current BLS required. Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire. BSN is preferred.
