About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Liberty Township as a Float/Lead! This exciting role offers the opportunity to support daily operations while leading a passionate team dedicated to creating the finest cakes in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality product standards.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Train new employees on cake preparation and customer service practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations.
• Support the management team in achieving sales goals and operational efficiency.
• Participate in special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for baking and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
