About the Float Team opportunity:
• Full time, or part-time with a regular or flexible weekday schedule. • The clinician provides coverage for PCHC providers on leave/vacation/sick/CME. • No regular panel management responsibility. • Weekday outpatient clinic only. No weekends. No inpatient. • For a Float full-time schedule: 4 clinic days; 1 admin day • Float part-time schedules may be created to meet the schedule needs of provider and PCHC • Clinic hours: Mon-Wed-Fri 8:30-5:00; Tues & Thurs 12:00-8:00 pm • Float providers are members of PCHC's clinician team.
The internal Float team was established in 2018 and is an integral part of our ability to enhance patient access.
