Qualifications
Master''s degree and independent-level licensure required
Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A.
Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically download speeds over 40 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting.
High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
