About the Opportunity:

As a Flight Paramedic, you’ll play a critical role in delivering lifesaving care and rapid transport. With over 22,000 patient transports annually across 80+ bases, we’re driven by one mission: making a real difference when every second counts.

Responsibilities:
  •  Provide advanced patient care, assessments, and emergency treatment during air and ground transport. 
  •  Accurately document patient care, treatments, and transport details, including billing. 
  •  Maintain clear communication with team members, leadership, and external partners. 
  •  Support PR and community outreach initiatives. 
  •  Participate in ongoing training, chart reviews, and clinical development activities. 
  •  Meet all annual competency and certification requirements. 
  •  Operate under Medical Director guidance and comply with all regulatory standards. 

Requirements:
  •  Active paramedic certification in the state of employment. 
  •  3+ years of 911/pre-hospital experience (5+ preferred). 
  •  Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP and instructor certs preferred). 
  •  FP-C certification within 24 months of hire. 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Basic computer proficiency for documentation. 
  •  Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check. 
  •  Must meet weight requirements (under 235 lbs). 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
