Seeking experienced Estimators to independently develop, analyze, and validate cost estimates for federal construction projects across disciplines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal standards.
Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates using tools like MII, PACES, and RSMeans; reviewing contractor bids and change orders; interpreting drawings and specifications; supporting value engineering; analyzing risks; and ensuring adherence to FAR, UFC, and other regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Proficiency in estimating tools and federal regulations
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to travel nationwide, up to 100%
This temporary, full-time position offers a pay range of $76,440 to $159,432, with potential future opportunities. Must pass background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and be a U.S. citizen.
