Keep a premier fleet road-ready with NFI
Step into the shop and start your day inspecting trailers, lining up your work orders, and getting hands-on with electrical, brake, and suspension systems. You’ll run diagnostics with JPRO and OEM software, trace issues with a multimeter, make clean welds when fabrication is needed, and button everything up with detailed, accurate service records. You’ll collaborate with teammates who have your back, talk through recommendations with customers, and finish the shift knowing a dedicated fleet is safer because of your work.

Your impact
- Perform routine services (oil changes, tire rotations)
- Diagnose electrical, suspension, and brake systems on trailers
- Repair/replace worn components (tires, brakes, suspension parts)
- Complete welding and fabrication as needed
- Document all work with accuracy
- Communicate clearly with customers on findings and repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and shop guidelines
What you’ll bring
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a Class B license preferred
- Technical/advanced degree or 1–3+ years of equivalent maintenance experience
- Comfort with diagnostics: JPRO, OEM diagnostic software, multimeters, and Windows
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Team-first mindset and customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
- On-site evaluation with recommended training
