What You'll Do

As a Fleet Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating repairs from estimate to delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and communicate with commercial fleet customers
  • Build estimates and secure repair approvals
  • Create repair orders and dispatch work to technicians
  • Coordinate workflow throughout the shop
  • Order parts
  • Maintain consistent communication by phone, text, and email
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress
  • Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
  • Perform quality control before vehicle delivery
  • Work closely with technicians and management to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Experience in an independent repair shop or dealership welcomed
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Moderate sales ability with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Experience coordinating technicians and workflow
  • Comfortable creating estimates and closing repair orders
  • Experience with shop management software is a plus (Fullbay experience preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of Isuzu, Ford, Chevrolet, Peterbilt, or Kenworth is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
  • CDL is a strong plus

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Rotating shifts between approximately 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • No weekend shifts

Compensation

  • $65,000-$85,000+ per year
  • Guaranteed base salary
  • Team-based monthly performance incentives
  • Weekly pay
