The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a driven and customer-focused Fleet Salesperson to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, and business partners to grow our fleet sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for helping organizations find the right automotive solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow fleet business across various industries.

Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Build long-term relationships with commercial clients, and corporate accounts.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and excellent customer service.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, manufacturer incentives, and fleet programs.

Prepare and present customized fleet proposals and pricing packages.

Track sales performance and report metrics to the Fleet Sales Manager.


Requirements

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, transportation, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fleet sales or commercial vehicle sales.

Knowledge of manufacturer fleet programs and incentives.

NAFA certification or similar fleet management credentials.
