Key Responsibilities
Own and grow all fleet and commercial vehicle sales for Stellantis brands
Develop and manage relationships with:
Manage OEM programs, incentives, upfits, and delivery logistics
Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with management and manufacturers
Build, mentor, and lead fleet sales staff as volume increases
Represent the dealership professionally with high-level decision-makers

Required Qualifications
5+ years of successful fleet sales management experience
Direct experience with Stellantis brands is strongly preferred
Demonstrated history of six- or seven-figure fleet sales volumes
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value contracts
Strong OEM program knowledge and compliance expertise
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized
Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record required
Understands & follows posted dealership policies & procedures
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 year college degree in business or related field (preferred)
