Job Description :


+ Location: _6775 Trade Center Ave Billings, MT 59101_

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm

+ Employment Type: Full Time, Full Benefits

+ Pay Rate/Salary: $18 to $20 per hour

What You'll Do


This is a front-line sales role with broad responsibility -- you'll be the face of Ryder's rental operation in your market. Your day-to-day will span:


Sales and Marketing


+ Own the full sales process for inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting

+ Execute your business unit's marketing plan and maintain accurate customer data

+ Maximize rate opportunities and generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales

+ Build and expand relationships with an existing customer base while actively developing new ones

+ Coordinate inventory levels to meet customer demand and drive market share


Operations and Asset Management


+ Take ownership of the profitability, operations, and asset management of your rental location

+ Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing

+ Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations

+ Develop deep knowledge of your local market to maximize fleet utilization


Customer Experience


+ Drive profitable revenue growth through strong, ongoing customer relationships

+ Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customer satisfaction

+ Resolve customer concerns and disputes quickly and professionally


What We're Looking For


+ High school diploma or GED required

+ At least 1 year of sales experience

+ High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented -- you take initiative without being told

+ Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing

+ Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Professional presence with the ability to build relationships at all levels

+ Solid customer service instincts and the ability to stay composed under pressure

Compensation Information :


The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
