    Fleet Registration Agent

    To ensure a fair and consistent evaluation process, candidates are expected to complete all interviews and assessments independently and without the use of artificial intelligence tools (including AI-generated responses, prompts, or real-time assistance).     Responsibilities:

    • Process registration and title paperwork for new and existing vehicles within the fleet.

    • Work in close contact with state agencies to obtain titles and registrations.

    • Ensure that registration/plates are ordered from the state motor vehicle agencies in a timely manner to supply the credentials to the field so equipment can be released for rental.

    • Update mainframe with title and plate numbers.

    • Ensure all documents are scanned into imaging systems.

    • Run queries and work with various programs using our database.

    • Know all procedures and processes in the various jurisdictions for licensing trucks and trailers.

    • Keep supervisor and manager informed of the new production schedule and status of licensing and license renewals.

    • Provide spreadsheets to the treasury office of new units that are intended to be financed.

    • Process re-title work adding or removing banks as lienholders and/or lessors. Previous office experience and excellent data entry a must.

    • Must be able to work in a computerized environment and be very proficient in Excel and Word.

    • Must have good organization skills and be able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast paced environment with excellent accuracy.

    • Must have excellent attention to detail, communication skills and a positive attitude.

    • Experience with processing vehicle related paperwork a plus. Previous U-Haul Experience preferred.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous office experience and excellent data entry a must.

    • Must be able to work in a computerized environment and be proficient in Excel and Word.

    • Must have good organization skills and be able to adapt and learn as you go.

    • Must have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

    • Experience with processing vehicle related paperwork a plus.
