Responsibilities include leading technicians, managing shop performance, overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating outside repairs, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining technical knowledge of vehicle systems. They handle administrative tasks like payroll, records, budgeting, and goal setting. Qualifications include experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, technical certifications, strong communication, analytical, organizational, and financial skills. The position offers a salary range of $113,500–$156,100, with benefits such as medical coverage, 401(k), bonus potential, and other perks. Travel may be required.
