The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator serves as a critical operational partner for the Seabrook facility, supporting fleet administration, supply chain coordination, and safety tracking. To ensure efficient daily operations, resource management, and administrative support across the department.
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of fleet administration, including ordering, supply chain coordination, and safety tracking related to injuries and accidents.
- Serve as a critical operational resource for the Seabrook facility, effectively acting as the site's "quartermaster" to ensure seamless coordination of materials, resources, and administrative processes.
- Operate in a capacity that aligns closely with a Supply Chain Coordinator role, with responsibilities and impact that may reflect a senior-level position depending on experience and business needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and assisting all internal and external visitors, including vendors entering the department.
- Manage incoming correspondence by opening, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as organizing and maintaining departmental records and files.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft, update, and revise correspondence and communications as requested.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for department leadership, as assigned.
- Maintain and update internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, and operational tracking tools to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor departmental supply levels and place orders to support ongoing operations.
- Assist with travel arrangements for division personnel, as needed.
- Manage conference room calendars and coordinate meeting space scheduling.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and other initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Must have basic computer proficiency. Requires experience with Microsoft Office.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
This role will also receive overtime compensation.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$18 - $28
