Advanced Refrigeration & Air is seeking an experienced Fleet & Equipment Mechanic to oversee maintenance and repairs for a fleet of 170+ Ford trucks and related equipment, including trailers. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, fleet management experience, and the ability to work independently while ensuring DOT compliance and fleet safety.
