We are recruiting for a Fleet Diagnostic Sales Manager to join a growing team in Rochester Hills, MI. This role focuses on business development and account growth with commercial vehicle fleets, heavy-duty OEMs, and service organizations.

This is a strong opportunity for a technical sales professional who can build enterprise relationships, present diagnostic hardware and software solutions, and drive revenue growth in the heavy-duty vehicle market. The role carries an annual sales target of approximately $3M–$5M.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with fleet, OEM, heavy-duty truck, and commercial vehicle accounts

  • Build and manage strategic customer relationships with a focus on long-term revenue growth

  • Present and demonstrate vehicle diagnostic tools, software platforms, and related technical solutions

  • Create account plans, forecasts, proposals, and contract strategies

  • Partner with sales, product, marketing, and regional teams to support customer needs

  • Identify market trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities

  • Support customer-facing presentations, collateral, and brand-aligned sales materials

  • Travel overnight as needed to support accounts, meetings, and sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • Successful B2B sales background in commercial vehicles, heavy-duty trucking, automotive service tools, diagnostic equipment, or related technical products

  • Experience selling to fleet, OEM, dealer, or service-related customer groups

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain software-driven diagnostic solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, computer science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered

  • Strong communication, presentation, forecasting, and account management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business planning tools

  • Professional, accountable, and customer-focused approach to sales
