Required Education:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceRequired Experience: 2+ years of experience in automotive operations, fleet management, logistics, customer service, or order management with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and CRM/order management systems.Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms, order management systems, and reporting tools- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work cross-functionallyOverview: The Fleet Customer Operations Coordinator supports the company's fleet and rental business by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire vehicle order lifecycle. This role serves as the operational and customer-facing link between Fleet Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and external fleet customers, including rental companies and fleet management companies.Responsibilities:- Perform detailed review and validation of fleet orders to ensure accuracy before submission; maintain QA checklists and reduce post-order corrections- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers regarding order status, delivery updates, documentation, and issue resolution- Coordinate with internal logistics teams, carriers, distribution centers, and dealerships to track vehicle delivery progress- Monitor transit, delivery, and invoicing milestones to ensure timely and accurate execution- Analyze fleet reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of operational risk- Document standard operating procedures and recommend improvements to systems, workflows, and communication methodsIndustry: Automotive Estimated Start Date: ASAP Location: Torrance, CA 90501 **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
