We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business.
Job Description:
- Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
- Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
- Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
- Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards
Requirements:
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (minimum)
- Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances
- Must be able to reliably commute to Dickinson, ND, our base location.
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership experience required, preferably in fleet or commercial sales
- OR
- a very strong dealer-based sales background
- Proven leadership and sales growth experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events
