The annual USOPC FLAME program aims to inspire underrepresented professionals to pursue careers within the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Movement. For over 30 years, the FLAME program has created pathways for talented professionals by effectively engaging attendees with the required knowledge, career guidance, and networking opportunities to be successful. This year, the FLAME program will run July 28-August 1, 2026, at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The program provides participants with exposure to career options within the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Movement. Program components include engaging with current and retired Team USA athletes, participating in sport experiences, residing at the Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, networking with staff and leaders from the USOPC and various National Governing Bodies, and learning about what it means to be a supportive staff member of the team behind Team USA.
