Primary responsibilities include setting and achieving departmental goals, recruiting and developing staff, managing budgets, monitoring performance through KPIs, ensuring warranty and policy compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Must lead weekly meetings, monitor technician productivity, ensure quality repairs, stay current with technology, and serve as the liaison with factory representatives.
