    • Patient continuity: Patients are prescribed exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.
    • Excellent support system: Fox provides significant support for our Fitness Specialists through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Must have one of the following: Bachelors in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology; Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized and accredited organization preferred (i.e., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA); or prior experience as a fitness trainer, with willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer
    • Routine travel to patient residences and between Senior Living Communities.
    • Expand territory as needed.
    • Travel as needed per practice requirements.
    • CPR Certification
    • Previous experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
