Club Manager Position Summary As a Club Manager, you are the face of the club and a leader within the member experience. Your mission is to create a welcoming, motivating, and results-driven environment where members feel supported from the moment they walk in. This role combines leadership, sales, relationship-building, and coaching. You'll guide prospective members through tours and the enrollment process, build strong connections with current members, and help drive the overall growth and success of the club. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is committed to helping both members and the business succeed. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth * Drive membership sales and club revenue growth * Generate and follow up with leads and prospects * Build and maintain accurate member financial profiles * Promote club programs and services with confidence and enthusiasm Member Experience & Customer Service * Deliver a world-class experience to every member and guest * Build meaningful relationships through regular member engagement * Support members in setting and achieving their health and fitness goals * Foster a positive, motivating club atmosphere Club Operations & Facility Management * Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility * Monitor equipment needs and communicate recommendations * Uphold company standards and operational excellence What We're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude with a growth mindset * Coachable and eager to learn * Excellent problem-solving abilities * Passion for health, wellness, and fitness * Natural ability to connect with people * Leadership mentality with strong customer service skills * High School Diploma or GED required Schedule Requirements * Monday - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Ready to Grow With Us?
