About the Role


At YogaSix, we believe yoga should be accessible, empowering, and energizing for everyone. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you play a key role in building our studio community and introducing new members to the YogaSix experience.


This is a sales-driven, customer-focused position where your primary goal is to grow membership through authentic connections, outreach, and exceptional in-studio experiences.


Key Responsibilities


  •  Welcome members, guests, and prospective clients with warmth and enthusiasm 
  •  Deliver an exceptional first impression of the YogaSix brand and studio culture 
  •  Actively generate leads through referrals, outreach, and community engagement 
  •  Conduct follow-ups via phone, text, and email to convert prospects into members 
  •  Guide new members through a seamless and supportive onboarding experience 
  •  Assist with membership sales and clearly communicate pricing and options 
  •  Support members by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment 
Qualifications


  •  High school diploma or GED required 
  •  Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness/wellness preferred 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, motivating attitude 
  •  Comfortable with sales conversations, outreach, and achieving targets 
  •  Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office and CRM tools) 
  •  Strong organizational and time management abilities
