Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of fitness equipment and solutions for private homes, fitness clubs, hotels, spas, and more. They are searching for a Territory Sales Representative to join their team for the Phoenix, AZ territory.

Salary: 
$80k base salary + uncapped commissions + full comprehensive benefits

Job Summary: 
We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join the Country Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.

In this role, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits inline with company sales code
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
  • Result-driven approach
  • Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
