The Role
Were looking for a passionate, high-energy Fitness Coach who loves helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Youll lead dynamic, pre-designed group workouts while building real relationships with members and delivering an unforgettable experience-every class, every time.
What Youll Do
• Lead safe, effective, and engaging Orangetheory group fitness classes • Educate members on heart-rate-based training and proper exercise form • Motivate coach and connect with members of all fitness levels • Provide individualized guidance and modifications when needed • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic studio environment • Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a world-class member experience • Support member retention through relationship-building and accountability
What Were Looking For
• Current, nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) • CPRAED certification • Confident public speaker with strong coaching presence • High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness • Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance, so members can prove theyre improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up their metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
