(Overseeing multiple Anytime Fitness locations throughout Central Wisconsin)

We’re seeking a high-performing Area Director to lead and drive success across multiple dynamic fitness clubs in the Stevens Point region. POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated leader who is energized by business growth, team development, and operational excellence.
As an Area Director, you will oversee 3+ Anytime Fitness locations throughout the Stevens Point market. You’ll be responsible for:
•Driving club profitability and performance
•Coaching and developing sales teams
•Leading hiring, onboarding, and staff development
•Managing scheduling and payroll preparation
•Facilitating crucial conversations and performance accountability
•Ensuring operational excellence across all locations
Fitness industry experience is helpful but not required. What matters most: leadership presence, sales acumen, and a self-driven mindset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
•Earning Potential: $65,000–$95,000

•Provide leadership oversight for 3+ clubs
•Drive profitability and bottom-line growth
•Lead and coach sales teams to exceed targets
•Execute business development initiatives
•Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll preparation
•Implement training and development programs
•Ensure operational consistency and brand standards
✅ REQUIREMENTS
•Proven multi-unit leadership or management experience
•Strong sales background
•Demonstrated leadership within service or retail environments
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Working knowledge of HR practices (hiring, coaching, development)
•Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
•Proficiency with spreadsheets, documents, and presentation tools
