Position Specifics: This position is based in the Little Rock Regulatory Enforcement Division, a law enforcement agency environment. Applicants must be able to successfully complete and pass an extensive background investigation and obtain and maintain any required security clearances or system access authorizations associated with the position. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Arkansas state procurement, purchasing, and fiscal procedures is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet development, data tracking, reporting, formulas, and financial reconciliation. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, deadlines, and administrative processes effectively. Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and support fiscal and operational functions.

The Fiscal Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating fiscal processes within an agency, ensuring the proper handling of financial documentation, and supporting the preparation of budgets and reports. This role focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate completion of fiscal support functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred. One to three years of experience in fiscal support or related field.
