Job Summary The Fiscal Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating fiscal processes within an agency, ensuring the proper handling of financial documentation, and supporting the preparation of budgets and reports. This role focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate completion of fiscal support functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation of financial reports, budget requests, and records.
Ensure that financial transactions are processed and recorded accurately.
Assist with the administration of accounts payable/receivable and other fiscal duties.
Maintain financial records and files in compliance with regulations.
