Provides oversight and direction for development, management, maintenance and process improvement of department fiscal accounting and contracting activities. Develops appropriate systems to improve financial management and associated project management. Develops and directs subordinate staff building technical capabilities and quality of work. Maintains complex financial records utilizing accounting and other financial systems and software (i.e. J.D.E.,Microsoft, Excel, Access, etc.).
