Under general direction, plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and manages the staff and operations of the Fiscal Division of an assigned department, including budget and financial oversight, financial analysis and planning, and policy and procedure development; participates in the development of policies and strategies for division operations; manages the effective use of division resources to improve organizational productivity and customer service; provides complex and responsible support to department management in areas of expertise; and performs related duties as assigned. Receives general direction from assigned management personnel. Exercises supervision over supervisory, professional, technical, and administrative support staff through subordinate levels of supervision.

Education And Experience Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field and five (5) years of professional experience in finance or accounting, including at least two (2) years in a supervisor or lead capacity.
