An exciting position has opened up with our client! They are looking for a person who is entrenched in the First Responders / Fire Service industry in the Northeast from Virginia up to Maine. You probably were a First Responder yourself at some point in your career. You understand deeply the needs of the Fire Chief's and their team in Personal Protective Gear and Equipment. You also have worked in sales / sales management with a First Responder Distributor. You hopefully have lead a team and have a strong work ethic, values and a true "winning" attitude.

Our client is looking for a Fire Municipal / First Responder Channel Director to manage their First Responder Division. This person will be responsible for managing a team of about 20 people, comprised of sales and regional sales managers along with customer service, inside support type employees. You will need to have a proven credibility in building and managing teams along with making sure customers are well taken care of with the growth of this newer division. You will be sure there is equal balance to win the day, working with the sales teams as needed. Overnight travel will be required of about 10 nights per month.
Ideal location will be in the Greater Western New York area or the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
