Exciting Opportunity: Fire Sprinkler Designer NICET LEVEL III
Our client, a respected leader in fire protection and life safety solutions, is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Designer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects while contributing to a company that values innovation, safety, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design fire sprinkler systems, including layout, hydraulic calculations, and equipment selection
- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM software
- Ensure designs comply with NFPA standards, local building codes, and client specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Prepare submittals, specifications, and project documentation
- Support project management with estimates, schedules, and design updates
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of fire sprinkler design experience NICET Level II OR III
- Proficiency in Sprinkler System Software or equivalent design software
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Education & Certifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- NICET Level II OR III
