Familiarity with and ability to remain in communication with the Program Director Paramedic Lead Instructor and other program staff and faculty on a regular basis.Ability to review understand and apply concepts presented in training programs conferences andor professional literature.Ability to work with faculty Department Chair Instructional Dean and other COCC staff at all levels.Willingness to travel andor teach at various hours and locations as required.Ability to work cooperatively with and contribute to a diverse workplace through ideas or experience.Ergonomic RequirementsRegular office hours are established between 8 am - 5 pm during the workweek. A flexible work schedule including nights and weekends may be necessary due to the nature of the responsibilities.Incumbent must be able to function effectively indoors in an office environment engaged in extended standing with some occasional lifting is possible. Requires the ability to work at a workstation for extended periods. Must be able to climb or pull self upward kneel stoop crawl and crouch. Requires to write read written materials and computer screens and ability to use telephonic conversations. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
