Responsibilities include prospecting and developing new clients such as property owners and facility managers, building long-term relationships for recurring service contracts, and identifying construction and tenant fit-out opportunities.
The role involves serving as a resource on fire code compliance, conducting site visits, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining sales pipelines to meet targets.
Qualifications include 2+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in fire protection), strong networking skills, self-motivation, and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary, commissions, car allowance, gas card, and EZ Pass.
This position reports to the Pottstown, PA office, requiring background checks and drug testing.
