This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on fire and contents experience and is ready to take the next step into leadership by helping oversee technicians, job sites, contents moving, and day-to-day operations in the field.
This role bridges the gap between technician-level responsibilities and project management, allowing the opportunity to grow into future leadership positions within the organization.

Position Summary
The Fire & Contents Field Supervisor assists with overseeing fire, smoke, contents, pack-out, and restoration-related projects while supporting technicians in the field and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.
This role remains heavily hands-on while also taking on leadership responsibilities such as technician oversight, job site coordination, customer communication, inventory management, and documentation support.
