Position: Fire Alarm Service Manager

Location: Greensboro, NC

Company: Fire Protection

Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fire protection company in the Greensboro area. This person will be responsible for launching and building a new fire alarm service division from the ground up in Greensboro. This person will own the entire operation including hiring, structure, and early revenue generation. This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership role where the manager is expected to be hands-on in the early stages, heavily involved in customer relationships, and accountable for building both the team and the revenue base.

* 5+ years fire protection industry experience required

* NC Low Voltage license required and NICET Level II or higher strongly preferred

* Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and fire alarm code compliance

* Experience with hiring, firing, payroll and other leadership responsibilities

* ERP system knowledge

* Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
