Day Shift - Monday-Thursday: 5:00am - 3:30pm

Our disruptive renewed strategy allows us to provide true "Concept to Launch" support to OEM customers. We are able to assist our customers during all stages of their manufacturing journey, from device conception and manufacturing through to finishing and polishing, and eventual packaging.
We are seeking a skilled and detail driven Polisher to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the final stage of production, ensuring that complex medical components meet exacting surface finish standards that directly impact product performance and patient safety.
The ideal candidate brings hands on experience polishing intricate components to tight tolerances, a strong understanding of industry quality requirements, and a commitment to consistency and craftsmanship.

Cleans, deburrs, polishes or grinds product by performing the following duties.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in production environment. Possesses basic knowledge of safety equipment and practices.
