Overview
- Organize area specific maintenance in the Cold Mill
- Participate in planning maintenance related activities
- Support day to day production activities as required
- Knowledge of TCOS program
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment
- Problem solving, multi-tasking abilities, and prioritize work assignments with production needs
- Diagnostics, trouble-shooting, breakdown, preventative and predictive measures.
- Working accurately and efficiently without supervision.
- Mechanical and hydraulic systems knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical maintenance experience required
- Excellent safety and attendance history.
- Computer skills to include Word, Project, Excel, Autocad
- A strong ability to lead others
- Cold Mill Maintenance experience
Preferred:
- Machining experience preferred
- Steel Mill construction experience preferredAD
