• Can you spot when a print image doesn’t match the stock size?
• Are you the person who hunts down a missing item and resolves it before it becomes a problem?

What you’ll take ownership of

• Receiving/inspecting finished signage; verifying correctness and quantities against system records and customer GTRs
• Tagging, storing, and maintaining tight control of finished goods
• Pulling IMS orders with precision—part numbers, promotions, and quantities matched
• Performing inventory prep and cycle counts, driving items under 10 units down to the last sign
• Managing overage: tagging, placing in customer-specific racks, and entering new signage when overage is purchased
• Pulling GTRs and debiting quickly; relocating customer-supplied signage to the correct FG area
• Processing reship orders accurately and fast
• Sending Box approvals and IMS shortage emails; monitoring Asset Manager for customer requests
• Keeping meticulous records, files, and data entry for materials received and issued
• Operating compactors, baling machines, and hand tools while maintaining a clean staging/warehouse area
• Escalating issues to your supervisor or warehouse manager and assisting other departments as needed

Shift and status

2nd shift, 1:00–9:30 pm | Full-time

• Proficiency in Inventory Management & Control
• The ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Comfort with warehouse equipment and basic hand tools
• A detail-first mindset and clear, timely communication
