Finish Carpenter | Commercial Millwork Installer | New Holland, PA
TradeWorX is hiring experienced Finish Carpenters and Commercial Millwork Installers for work in the New Holland, PA area. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with trim, casework, millwork, door, hardware, panel, or punch-list experience. Work begins in the local market with the potential to roll into additional nearby TradeWorX projects.

Pay & Overtime:
Up to $25.00/hour based on experience, skill level, work history, and interview. Overtime may be available based on project needs and schedule requirements.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 7: 00 AM to 3: 30 PM. Schedule flexibility may be required based on project needs.
Job Duties:
Install interior trim, baseboard, casing, crown molding, and finish materials
Install commercial millwork, casework, doors, windows, and related hardware
Measure, cut, fit, and install materials with attention to detail
Perform punch-list, finish work, adjustments, and quality touch-ups
Read basic blueprints, drawings, layouts, and jobsite instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
Requirements:
Prior trim carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, casework, or installation experience
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and carpentry equipment safely
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Basic hand tools and required PPE
Ability to work in residential or commercial construction environments
Must be within reasonable commuting distance of the New Holland, PA area
Ideal Candidate:
Has hands-on finish carpentry, trim, millwork, or casework installation experience
Takes pride in clean, accurate, detail-focused work
Can work independently while staying aligned with jobsite expectations
Has a solid work history and reliable attendance
Wants steady full-time work with potential for continued projects
