Finish Carpenter | Commercial Millwork Installer | New Holland, PA
TradeWorX is hiring experienced Finish Carpenters and Commercial Millwork Installers for work in the New Holland, PA area. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with trim, casework, millwork, door, hardware, panel, or punch-list experience. Work begins in the local market with the potential to roll into additional nearby TradeWorX projects.

Pay & Overtime:
Up to $25.00/hour based on experience, skill level, work history, and interview. Overtime may be available based on project needs and schedule requirements.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Schedule flexibility may be required based on project needs.
Job Duties:
- Install interior trim, baseboard, casing, crown molding, and finish materials
- Install commercial millwork, casework, doors, windows, and related hardware
- Measure, cut, fit, and install materials with attention to detail
- Perform punch-list, finish work, adjustments, and quality touch-ups
- Read basic blueprints, drawings, layouts, and jobsite instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
Requirements:
- Prior trim carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, casework, or installation experience
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and carpentry equipment safely
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic hand tools and required PPE
- Ability to work in residential or commercial construction environments
- Must be within reasonable commuting distance of the New Holland, PA area
