Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Music or Music Education, a valid Texas teaching certificate, and strong knowledge of music content, classroom management, technology, and district policies.
Key responsibilities encompass developing performance programming, planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, managing budgets, fostering a positive learning environment, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Additional duties include supervising student activities, managing classroom behavior, participating in professional development, and collaborating with colleagues.
