Roles & Responsibilities
Research complex payment discrepancies, suspense items, rejects, and missing/misapplied payments
Monitor payments, handle NSF/returned payments, and support payment processing and reconciliation (cash to collections)
Identify process gaps and drive automation improvements
Write/maintain SQL queries and validate data
Support audits, QA, reporting, and team training
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years in financial operations or related experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Advanced Excel/Word/Outlook required; SQL preferred
Educational Requirements
4-year degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
