Required Qualifications

4+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting financial systems, ERP platforms, accounting systems, or enterprise business applications.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, general ledger concepts, reconciliations, reporting, month-end close, and financial controls.
Working knowledge of SDLC processes and project delivery methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Finance, Accounting, IT, business operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
Ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, issue logs, decision logs, status reports, and action item trackers.
Experience supporting requirements gathering, business process documentation, user acceptance testing, and change management activities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
