    Job Description:

    ORBIS is seeking a Program/Financial Systems Analyst to work in support of our Naval Sea Systems Command, Corporate Operations and Front Office (SEA 10/00) Professional Services Contract. The financial Systems/Data Analyst will be assigned to the NAVSEA SEA10 Program Office providing program management support. Must be articulate, poised and able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Must be able to work well as part of a team and have exceptional customer service skills. Tasks include:

    • Financial experience within Department of War (DoW).
    • Working knowledge of DoD FM systems (e.g., Navy ERP, GFEBS, DEAMS).
    • Working knowledge of NAVSEA systems (e.g., NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System- NEPS, and Acquisition Management System- AMS), or related systems.
    • Enterprise financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
    • Ability to interpret financial regulations, policies, and guidance.
    • Excellent communication and briefing skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

    Required Skills and/or Experience:

    • 5-10 Years of Experience

    • Manage the input into the financial databases from other Systems of Record (SOR).

    • Manage the SEA 10 Resourcing Division dashboard and make improvements as needed.

    • Provide trend analysis and other data analytics.

    • Validate the accuracy and integrity of the output from the financial databases.

    • Organize and manage the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) within Navy ERP, NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), and other financial databases as required.

    • Provide support in answering ad hoc Requests for Information (RFIs) requiring data gathering.

    Degree Requirements:

    • Degree or certification in a financial, business, or data analytics discipline.
    • Must be a US Citizen
    • SECRET Security Clearance (can start with an interim)
