HumanHire is partnered with a Top Global Law Firm to find a Financial Systems Analyst to join the firms growing team in New York City. The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the firm's financial systems and applications to ensure efficient accounting and financial operations. This is a Consultant opportunity, lasting ~12 months.

  • Pay: $40-60/hour plus weekly pay and OT

Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, and support the firm's financial management systems and related applications.
  • Partner with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, security, user access, and financial modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues affecting accounting, billing, reporting, and financial operations.
  • Coordinate software upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation activities.
Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of experience supporting financial systems, ERP applications, or accounting software.
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Experience supporting financial applications such as Aderant, Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise, Workday Financials, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
