Split partner and I are developing a short-term consulting opportunity for someone with a life carrier background who brings significant experience in moving from manual to state of the art. We're expecting this project to run for around 12 months, give or take. Requires previous financial system transformation success including meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

REQUIRES superb time management and communication.

Responsibilities will start at square one -
1. Defining project focus and objectives/setting goals, milestones and expectations.
2. Identifying vendors/testing/negotiating
3. Setting the step-by-step transition
4. Team training and communication
5. Pilot program testing
6. Data migration
7. Testing
8. Rollout, fine-tuning
9. Project completion and sign-off, setting review standards/expectations
