Description:
To serve as a financial liaison to internal and external business partners (e.g. clients, carriers, IT, client services, etc.); to provide support by assisting stakeholders and management with research, analysis, resolution, questions and concerns.
Primary Purpose:
To serve as a financial liaison to internal and external business partners (e.g. clients, carriers, IT, client services, etc.); to provide support by assisting stakeholders and management with research, analysis, resolution, questions and concerns.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Maintains and analyzes accounts and financial data to ensure accounts and variances are accurately stated; and conducts timely reconciliations.
Performs root cause analysis and research to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Maintains effective and productive relationships with both internal and external business partners.
Handles incoming requests and communicates status/resolution to requestor and relevant stakeholders.
Serves as a financial liaison responsible for receivable and relationship management; partners with internal and external business partners.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities

Requirements:
Open to Remote or hybrid - on-site at Memphis, TN or Dublin, OH (preferred) - Preferred CST HOURS
Qualifications
Education & Licensing
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of experience in the accounting field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
