Under the supervision of the finance manager, this position provides leadership and direction for the department’s budget and expenditure planning efforts to include General Fund, federal and state grants, capital projects, gift funds, and special revenue funds with direct supervision of three staff. Coordinates budget activities to include analyzing, forecasting for annual budget submission, third quarter and year end/carryover. Coordinates work and projects between three directly supervised positions and the procurement/accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.

Note: Limited telework may be available after completion of one year of employment. The salary offer for the position will be in the minimum to midpoint range ($87,024.91 to $116,033.42) and may NOT exceed the midpoint rate of the advertised compensation range.
