Immediate need for a talented Financial Services Representative. This is 12+ months contract with potential for project extension opportunity with long-term potential and is location in Troy, New York (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries from customers, agents, and employers Communicate with internal teams, field staff, and external partners Maintain knowledge of products, contracts, and plan administration Resolve routine issues and processing errors Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed Review and interpret records to make accurate decisions Analyze customer inquiries and determine appropriate solutions Perform additional tasks as assigned Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills: - Must have at least one year of experience as a "Customer Support" OR "Customer Service" OR "Customer Care". Must be comfortable to work at the payrate of $19/hour. Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good time management and attention to detail Basic computer and typing skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and in a team Customer service experience (preferred) Our client is a leading Financial industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
